Date Format

I have the following formula

'Week of' & ' ' & {Query.BILL_RUN_DATE}

I am using this as a group option in a crosstab, I need to format the BILL_RUN_DATE to only show Month & Day but cannot figure out how to do this in the formula.

if the date and month are always the same length

i.e. 01/01/2001 instead of 12/1/2001

You could use the left( , ) function Cheers

It boils down to what the format of your date is, if it is a string. I presume it is a string because otherwise your formula would have errored... Malcolm Wynden
