Do you need to Log into a Partner Messaging 7.0 with the GUI interface to set date and time. I could not find it anywhere by phone programming through system manager access. If it can be done through phone programming could someone please post. Thanks
I thought that was the case also... but my date and time on the processor are correct and the time stamp on voicemail started at 12 am on 1/1/06, and like I said could not be changed. They were definately not the same. I beleive it should not matter that the processor version is 1.1. Partner messaging can be installed in any ACS correct?
Make sure that ONLY the VM ports are in hunt group 7. The ACS and the Messaging use the 1st port in the group to communicate date/time, and day/night status.
Remove any extraneous ports assigned, then restart the phone system to get it to synch the time to the VM
