Date and Time - Need Some Expert Advice

I would like to create a table that would be on a similar line to an appointments sheet. I mean that when you select a date and time that it wouldnt be available again when you come back to make another booking. Is this possible? Please Help. Thanks In Advance.

Just add a yes/no field called &quot;Done?&quot; and click it when you have viewed/actioned the record. Create a query with all records and under the criteria for the &quot;Done&quot; field insert &quot;<> yes&quot; (no quotes) and you can use this query as the control source for the form or datasheet. When you next view the table the &quot;done&quot; records will not be displayed.
