Datawindow - Connectivity Error.

Hi All,

I am running an application on PB 6.5 / Sql Server 6.5

Getting the following message at client's location whenever try to query this datawindow. Tried to replicate at our location, but no luck. You guys have any ideas?

a) Is it related to privileges / qualifiers etc.,
b) Datawindow is retrieving the data from single table the sql is table.col1, table.col2 etc.,
c) Any info on web about this issue?

the above error is due to improper select.
before creating datawindow did u select the datasource properly check it

try leaving your dw in Graphic Mode.

if u are creating your dw manually, your Select is wrong. It's better to create dws and leaving them in Graphic Mode.

If this is not your problem, mail your code to see it.

Please Advice... how can i distinguish if the sql is invalid? does it return a value when retrieve so it would not prompt the message sqlstate = 37000....
