datasheet views without using temporary tables in MS Access

hi,
For creating adata sheet view i need to create one temporary table which will be there in my MDB(causing MDB size increasing)
So,ca anyone of u suggest me how i can create data sheet views without creating temporary tables....

if so how can i generate report without having that temporary table in my MDB???

you can have a forms controlsource in datasheet view be any query or table you want and after that you can create a report from the same query.

iam having one problem in MSAccess...how can i keep check box in datasheet view which will be displayed in my subform???
if it is a text box,iam keeping property as dbtext...in the same way what type i should give for check box ????
