Database Skipped...

Hello

I'm running Backup Exec 8.6 for Windows, and in backing up my Exchange 5.5
Server, I see that the backup is skipping the mdbdata dir (where the priv.edb
is) because the file is open. I have an Exchange Agent installed, however
it will not back up this file if it's in use. Can anyone help?

Have had similiar problems to this. Bought a third party program like Open File Manager to correct that issue. Have also input a command to stop the database 10min before the backup and start the database 10min after the job. Not sure if you are able to do this but can check on it.
