Database says Loading

I have a database or 2 that just say loading and are grayed out. What is the problem here I have never seen this before.

Have you takin the database offline?

How big is or are the datbases

I havnt made any changes to the database. It is SQL 7. I have also not taken the database offline. The database size is only about 400mb.

I have had this happen what should happen is the Grey datbase will say restore how long has this problem occured for.
