database.rec

Hello,

I was asked to look at database.rec by my colleuges at the Avaya dep. It seems that it is obfuscated somehow. Does anyone know what data this file contains? And if so how does one "convert" this into human readable form?

The database.rec contains (as far as I know) the customers database. On older releases, it contained extra details. All I've ever done with the file is to read some of the hex data.

Yes, I have the file but I can't make sence of the information that it contains.

it is not readable no way to take any info out of the file
it is a part for restoring customer database
