I have set a set a Database password on my database.
The problem is that I have also set the Startup Items to "not display the database window", and to "not allow full menus". I have a main menu form which is opened upon startup.
My problem is that when I hold down "shift" and click to open the Database window that the database opens up, asks me for the password and then goes straight into the Main Menu, and I can't get to the database window to make alterations to my database!
Any suggestions lads, I friggin stuck!!!!

Try the F11 key to activate the database window. If your Advanced startup parameters have not been set, this will work.

Just an FYI....if you have startup options you want o bypass at startup and you have a database password setup....you don't need to hold the shift key down when you opent he file.....when you double click the db file to open it, the first thing that comes up is the the password prompt. Enter your password, then hold the shift key down when you click OK or hit the enter to to accept your password. This will disable the startup options... Please remember to give helpful posts the stars they deserve!
This makes the post more visible to others in need! [thumbsup2]
