Database field is not available in my report 1

Hi there.
I am very new to this - I just added a new column to a table in my database - the table was already added to my report. I cannot see the new field. I removed the table from the report and added it again and the filed was there but that screwed up the whole report.... how do i refresh the data int he report so it know about the new field...?

From the Database menu, use Verify Database. This causes the table's fields to refresh when the source table gets changed.
