Database Corrupt Error 3197

DATABASE CORRUPT ERROR 3197
I have a database that is corrupt, I receive the error message "The Microsoft Jet Engine stopped the process because you and another user are attempting to change the same data at the same time".

I have tried: Exporting the data to a new database
Importing the data to Excel
Compact and Repair
Jet Comp
Importing data to SQL database
Ardemo.exe recovery software
Cinaware Access Fix recovery software

Any suggestions, need help!!

Try creating a new db and importing everything into that. Probably won't work, but it's solved a couple problems for me in the past. Hope it helps, I know how much that sucks.

Thanks, I already tried that. I also tried changing the header from an old copy, and that still dosen't open it.l

Don't forget to re-compile after importing.
