Database Conversion from Access 97 to 2000 problem 1

Hi All,
I have made project in Access 97 and now, I am using Access 2000. My problem is that when I open my database in this, it wants me to convert its database. But, when I do it, it gives me an error "The Visual Basic for Applications project in the database is currupt". But it is running well in Access 97.
Please help me out to solve this problem...

Have you tried to Compile and Save all Projects when you open the 200 version??
