data transfer

Hi,

I am doing data transfer from spreadsheed. It is through a form automaticely. But it can't go through this time (normally it worked well). The information was given:"Run-time error '94'. Invalid use of Null".
Could any one give me a clue? thank you so much.

The procedure is reading data from Excel and doing some sort of calculation on the data... One of the cells in Excel that Access is using in a calculation is blank (null) and Access doesn't know what to do with it.

thank you so much for your reply and I have checked the fields must be filled date, seems no problem has been found.
what can I do for the next step
