Data providers not successfully refreshed with Oracle SP

I have an Oracle Stored procedure as the data source for a report. On occasion, the stored procedure may legitimately return no data.

However, Business Objects returns the following error 'No data to fetch, data providers have not been successfully refreshed (DMA007)'. I want to schedule this report in Broadcast Agent, but it does not execute if there is no data to fetch, whereas I want it to still distribute the empty report!

Would it be possible for your SP to be modified to return a message to indicate no results found? This way at least one row is always returned to BO and it can distribute the report with the message returned from the SP
