I need some help. I am hoping someone has had this problem before and it is a simple fix.
I have Data Protector Express on my HP Server. I scheduled backup jobs that run every evening. They were running perfectly until about a week ago when I installed SQL Server 2000 SP4 and now the scheduled jobs error every night saying that there is a disk error please insert a compatable disk and it spits the disk out.
At first I thought that it was to much data for the disk, but that is not the case.
I have checked services, but am not sure what I am looking for. Has this happened to anyone? Any input would be extremely appreciated.
Thanks John
