We have a Nortel CS1000 connected to an Avaya Modular Messaging (via Digital Set Emulation). A user reported that they never get any voice mail messages.
Using the tracing software on the Avaya, I can see the caller never gets to the individual's voice mail because the voice mail reports "Failed to get integration data for extension x" -- x is a random number and is only 1 digit instead of the 4 digits an extension should be -- the call is then routed to the Operator, much the same as it would for an undefined extension.
As best as I can tell this is only happening with one extension. Is it possible there is an issue with the TN? Any other ideas?
