When we upgraded to Oracle 9.2.0.3 (from 8.1.7) we started getting user reports of data not showing in reports. We are on 6.0 and they said to upgrade. We tested 7.0 and 7.1 but still have the issue. The data is in the database. If one filters specifically on a row with a blank field (name, address) the data is returned. We've tested new Oracle clients, all Impromptu versions. Has anyone seen this? Does anyone know of a solution?

Did you ever get a resolution for this? I have the same problem of empty cells appearing in my reports when I know the data is there. Re-retrieving the data brings data back, and re-retrieving it may make it disappear again, or it may stay....any ideas on this weird one??

We had to upgrade our Oracle clients to 9.2.0.3+ and also have our users on Imp 7.1MR3+. You need both pieces to make the issue go away...merely upgrading Oracle only or Impromptu only does not fix the issue.
