Data migration from SQLBase to Excel

I am new to SQL and need to be able to migrate data from SQL directly into an Excel spreadsheet and vice versa without the Delimiting BS. Is there a script or proceedure to perform this through SQLTalk?? I need to manipulate a 10 column price list and print it for internal use as well as update the SQL database monthly. Any suggestions??
