Data lost due to date error? Can it be moved/

Good Morning:

Last week we discovered that the end of Daylight Savings Time resulted in Monday's date being incorrectly set (Unknown if automatic or manually) as 11/03/2009. Is there a way to move or rename the data so that it can be included in weekly cumulative Performance reports - both Departmental and by Individual Rep?

I believe you simply need to run the reports again and it will pick up the correct date and time. This is a known issue with Nortel which they haven't fixed yet.

Unfortunately re-running reports does not pull the data - it is not there. And I cannot query for the 11/3/2009 date as I get the following error message:

! The value in the From and To fields must be fewer 3 characters.

It displays as "-358" days ago.
