Make sure your tables are joined correctly, and you MUST click OK when you leave this form. Otherwise the tables are not joined in the report.
Ken Hamady suggests that smart linking isn't that smart, and you should always turn it off and join tables manually. I agree.
If this doesn't solve your problem tell us:
1) What sort of DB you are using?
2) What tables are in your report and how are they linked? Editor and Publisher of Crystal Clear

I WANT TO SHOW ONLY DATE FROM FROM DATETODATE TABLE
BUT IN CODE I HAVE GIVEN EVERY TIME THE PROGRAM RUNS IT DELETES ALL THE RECORDS IN DATETODATE TABLE
MAY BE THIS CREATES PROBLEM
