New-guy question:

Within each dimension is there a way to change the data captions or does that have to be done at the cube?

Dear Chris,

You should be able to right-click the caption & then hit change caption selection.

Also, are you using the latest release - MR1 - is available on the Crystal web site?

That option doesn't even show up. Just to be sure we are talking about the same thing, I am in worksheet, changing the row and column labels of the view dimensions (as opposed to page dimensions).

Maybe it is a latest release issue. Our copy of Analysis was given to us by Crystal several months ago for eval. They are bringing a new copy by this week. Chris
