Data in Sub report is not as per dates set

Hi,
I am looking for some help, I have a report here which has 3 sub-reports, 2 of the 3 sub-reports are displaying correct data for the 12 month period selected, one sub-report is not showing the corresponding data for this period.
CR Version 12.

Where are SRs located and how is the linking in the 3 SRs different.

Data grouped by supplier, 2 reports in group header, one in footer, all subreports individually set with date parameters. 3 subreports linked to differnet sets of data.
Its probably something simple, but cannot figure it out.

Place the main report fields used for linking the failing subreport in the section along side the SR.

Not what is being returned and then preview the subreport it will ask you for the values.

If it does not work then your links are wrong or the SR is in the wrong place.

What do you mean by "three subreports linked to different sets of data"? You need to explain how the subreports are linked to the main report, not the tables within the subs. If they are all placed in a group section, you would likely be linking each sub to the main report on the group field.

I think you should check the record selection formula within each subreport. If you are linking on date parameters, make sure you are using the dropdown to select {?date} in the lower left of the linking screen instead of {?pm-?date}, and that the selection formula in each sub is set up correctly.
