Data filename extensions in Outlook Express

Speaking of data files in Outlook Express:

I want to back up ALL of my Outlook Express data files (inbox, outbox, address book, user profiles, etc) without backing up the entire system. My question is -- Which data files am I looking for? I know the extension for the address book is .WAB, but can't locate the inbox, outbox and other data. Does anyone know which files I'm looking for?
