Data Execution Prevention Error 1

Just recently my box started closing Explorer with this error, 'to protect my computer'...

Seems to happen whenever I close all Explorer windows.

Running AVG and sygate firewall so I don't think it's a virus, just some cancer-like Winblows problem.

PS. Might have something to do with installing the MSN searchbar?... I've tried submitting the error to M$ but not gotten any report back.

Okay M$ error report contains:
