This may be an easy question (Crystal 11). I have an Accounts Receivable report, group header 1 is Currency Code, Group Header 2 is customer code.Column headers/titles are all in the page header section. On a Page break of the report, if the customer data is continued on to the next page, I want to print "Customer XYZ (continued)" or something to that effect on top of the page.. Is there an easy way to do this? It may be easy, just having difficulty with it this morning.. Thanks...

In section format go to group footer and check reset page count after.

Create formula

@ GrpHeader

If pagenumber = 1 then {Groupfield} else

Groupfield&' Continued'

Place this formula in Group header

In Design mode right click in grey area of group haeder
-> Change group
Select repeat group header on new page

Thanks Ian,
Created formula, put in group header. When I try to Change Group (to put in new formula??), new formula is not in there to select..

Am I missing something?

Thanks again!

I think you have to create group Customer, and to use Group Option "Repeat Group Header on Each Page".
It will display you Customer ID for this Customer on each page.

Thanks,
Sailor

Or you could use a formula like:

if inrepeatedgroupheader then
"(Continued)"
