Data collecting from every single IPOffice system 1

Is there any tool which can collect the data like total inbound calls from any one of IPOffice system in voice network?
tried using XIMA but it's not able to provide data from individual IPO system.

You need to configure each IPO to send SMDR to a central location where you install an application which can handle multiple source of CDR

Oak can do it, you just send it SMDR from each system and configure to receive from each system. Xima can do it as well I believe as you should be able to assign multiple systems to it.

what exactly are you looking for? Xima should be able to provide everything you need. I have used Xima on a couple SCN's.

Created a report in XIMA but there is only all SCN showing up instead of individual system list there. Will contact XIMA.

yeah, you should be able to create a report to only report on certain extension ranges. you could create basically the same report for each location and then only thing you would need to change are the extensions its actually reporting on.

HSM is correct. Call Xima and their support team will get you what you need. Even better, when you call them they actually answer the phone with a person that knows the product and not at some third world call centre.
