Hello everyone!

I was wondering if there is a way in a chart to only display the data in the y-axis when <> 0? For the look, it's not very pretty to see zeros on the chart. Any suggestions???

Thanks,

Budjette

Nothing automatic that I know of.
You could try doing a group selection formula that only selects groups that have a subtotal > 0.

What version of CR?

Hi Ken,

I use CR 8.5 and my chart is based on a cross-tab. I just want to be able to have a condition to hide the number 0 and not the others in thedata axis.

Thanks,

Budjette

I don't think you can do it based on a cross-tab chart. If this were a group chart you might be able to do it with group selection, but I am not sure that would work, either. Ken Hamady, On-site Custom Crystal Reports Training & Consulting
