I think I am making some progress with the DAT files that aren't updating. Now that I can find the update files I can check for error messages. One I am looking at now says "failed to create a temporary update task." Anyone know what is happening? Where is it trying to create the temporary update task? I have found that permissions are a problem on some of the machines. Because the users only have read access to the All Users folder, it was not able to write to that folder. I have changed that but now have this other problem.
