DAP with pivottable limit?

I have created several Data Access Pages in combination with Pivottables... and all looks well until later in the day.. after several changes..

more than twice, the totals of my rows and columns changes from the accurate total of 22,141 to 10,000!

If I create another DAP and pivottable pointing to the name table (within Access) the totals again are 10,000.

The table has not changed.

I suspect the intermediate work file.. using MSODSC

UPDATE

I now realise that while working in the MS Access 202 "Pages" to create a dap, in either "design view" or "page view", your maximum grand total on your pivottable will not exceed 10000 (This is sort of a preview of the layout, but not completely accurate for higher numbers).

However, when you actually publish this as a web page, or export to EXCEL, then the accurate total of the tables will actually be shown.
