daily FTP access attempt

Hi,

I find this host 216.60.133.121 unsuccessfully attempts to access my FTP server running on SUN Solaris 8 Sparc daily. I now blocked its access. Is this host infected with some kinds of virus or run some kinds of programs that automatically ftp to my site daily?
