Dahua Video Intercom connected a NS700

Hi

I am having an issue in trying to connect integrate a Dahua VTO2000a-c and VTO2000a-k (keypad with video intercom) to NS700. The web interface does have some SIP capabilities but they are I think used for the App on a mobile.

I did put in the NS700 but the contractor supplied and installed the video intercom. He said it was SIP compatible but I think its SIP to the APP.
I did ask the installer and they said they never put one on a pbx before.

Any ideas
