I'm hoping to get definitive confirmation if a D160 can have Line appearances programmed. From what I can see in the manual the answer is no however my distributor claims that it can support line appearance.

This is a critical point to the client and I don't want to sell them something that doesn't meet their need.

TIA

The following IP Office features are available for button programming:
• Account Code Entry
• After Call Work
• Automatic Callback
• Automatic Intercom - Dial voice call
• Call Pickup Any
• Call Park
• Call Record
• Conference Meet Me
• Directed Call Pickup
• Do Not Disturb
• Extension Login/Logout
• Follow Me Here/To
• Forward All
• Group Page
• Group Pickup
• Private Call
• Relay On/Pulse
• Remote Park
• Retrieve Call
• Stamp Log
• Twinning
• Voicemail
• Busy Lamp Field
• Speed Dial

Note: You CANNOT program CO Line Buttons on the phone.

I cannot think of any cordless phone from Avaya or 3rd Party vendor that will give you line appearances.

Your next best option is to use Call Park Buttons on all phones.

Thanks Billxx. That is what I saw but like I said our distributor is telling the salesperson that it does so thought I'd get verification. Not sure if the call park scenario will work for the client but if cordless is their direction looks like they don't have an option.
