D100 unpark

Hey all we got one of the D100 cordless avaya phones to play with.

I got call park working but the unpark doesn't work. Anyone else have this happen?

It says...

Unpark > I type 701 hit OK

then it just says

1) To:Ride.701

and never unparks the call.

Also I can't seem to put shortcodes in the speed dial. Example: *7222 to page speakers.. I program it correct but when I hit the button it says "page" which is the label I gave it and just goes away. It never dials it.

Any ideas?
