D100 not Connecting

Have a customer with IPO Preferred Edition on Release 11.0.2. We programmed SIP Registrar, Line, Ext and User in IPO. Have the necessary licenses. Boot-up D100. It gets the default IP (192.168.1.100). Browse to the IP and change IP to address in IPO Subnet. It seems to reboot but then I cannot connect to it anymore. It does not connect to IPO either. Any ideas?
