D100 Call Answer Problem

Hey,

Sometimes when the Call comes in, the D100 rings, you see the Caller Number , but you cant Answer and the Caller get the Message:
"extension can not be reached"

Has anybody an Idea ?

Hi David,

I was just reading through the Tech Bulletin 181 and noticed there is a fix for 9.1.1 where the bases wont upgrade.
Thought it may help.

83125 - D100 Base Stations will not upgrade firmware on 9.1.0.0

Been there, done that
