IP Office 8.1.67 V1 chassis.

I having trouble getting the D100 base station to register with IPO. The wireless phone has a Connection Error displayed. At no point do I see the base station in the SSA program.
I moved all of the D100 files to the embedded memory card and configured IPO to get the TFTP files from the Memory card.
I have verified all IP connections.
This is what appears in the log file of the base station.

Did you actually create the special sip trunk in the IP Office for it to connect with? :)

Yes, I have the trunk, extension and user in place. Sent my config up to the guys at Jenne and everything looks good. Also I can view the network settings on the wireless phones and they are correct. So I know the phones can see the base station. But between the base station and the IPO not so good.
Starting to wonder if this will work on a V1 chassis. Cannot find any documents that say that it won't.
You do need to pull the firmware from the memory card. With V2 that is no problem. With the embedded card not so easy. I'm not sure that I have all of the necessary file on the card. I'm now attempting to put the same config on a V2 and see what happens.
Pretty exciting..I know.

look under the system>Lan>VoIP

is the SIP trunks and SIP registrar enable checked?

Good point gknight1 that was enabled so I'm good there. It is not mentioned in the configuration guides as far as I know, so good catch.
I was able to duplicate the config on a V2 box and it worked fine, well almost.
Everything appears to be configured correctly but I can't login, this should be the easiest part.. right?
I have the endpoint license that I need, the user is configured with the correct extension and I have a password of 1234 at the user level/telephony/supervisor settings.
The phone registers and goes to the login option. Usually if you see that you are ready to go. I deleted and recreated the user with a different extension, no luck.

The system usually checks the password on the users main tab (for SIP extns), not in the supervisor settings, so try that :)

Good call.. I did have it in at the user tab and the supervisor tab.
Anyway I think I found the problem. i just realized that I don't have the essential addition license loaded. As soon as I find it I think that will do it.
Will update later.
Thanks all!

Essential license was needed for this to work..Pretty sure I knew that going in but got in a hurry..spent way too much time trying to get this to work on a V1 chassis.
Don't want to try that again.
Thanks!
