I have a problem with an Opt 11 Rel 5.5 with CC6. this is in our test lab and the problem is, We have inbound 1-888# the send us DNIS 0001 which get routed to ACD and when it gets to the agent we have softphone on their desktop and all info is correct and call is to the correct queue. Here is the real issue, The hard phone display is showing 888-XXX-XXX -0001 and the calling number 360-XXX-XXXX, instead of seeing 888-XXX-XXXX -0001 we are supposed to see an name. This worked and we have never seen 888-XXX-XXXX -0001 and the carrier is saying they are only sending 0001 and when I look in LD96 MSGI I only see 0001.
Does anybody have any idea where 888-XXX-XXXX is coming form or is there a more detailed D channel view that I can see that the carrier is sending it.
