Have an nfas signalling group for inbound trunk group. primary d channel is up and all the b channels up but backup d is down. did busy/release on ds1 and d channel came up, all good. telco checked too, saw no further issue. but now, a couple days later d channel (only) down again. maybe should try replacing ds1 board? anyone have this type of d channel trouble? thanks

Check your far end or service provider also check to see what County code they are using make sure it's the same on the two ends
You can make a loop back end and test the board to ensure it's not a local issue

Make the cable and do the following command Test Board (the board number)
It should pass all if the E1/T1 Card is good
