D-Channel continous error showing on terminal

Our service provider has programmed a tie link between an option 81C and an Avaya switch. When I tried to enable the PRI it started scrolling non stop with the below. What am I doing wrong?. Is there a way to stop it from scrolling.

ESS5 is good to an Avaya. Has it stopped completly?

Yes it did. now I do we are trying to get the link up but it seems both D-channels are not communicating. Should I change my side to NET and test again. what do you think?

Not much left, you verify the other end as ess5?

I verified with the Avaya provider. they are the network and I am the user. Both sides are ESS5. for test I tried to change my side to NET but LD 17did not give me the option to change. I tried to enable the Loop and when I enabled it start scrolling with the avove errors. Any help please.

On an MSDL card? anything else on it, can you dis?
and enl msdl XX fdl? or enl dch 10 fdl?

On this MSDL card I have few PRI so I canot disable it any suggestion?

you can't change in LD17, would need to out and rebuild, but you both can't be NET anyways
 
I had to go to ld 14 and out 23 channels than go to Ld 17 and out the D-channel. It stopped the errors scrolls. I noticed the PBX output the below. Any Idea?

Have you tried NI2? What type of switch is at the far end?
 
I tried to use NI2 but I will not allow me to build the TIE Trunks. It gave me an error. the switch on the other sideis Avaya G 8 series!. any idea

thanks for everybody's help. It turned out I had a bad port on the MSDL card. Now I can call to the avaya switch but the avaya cannot call my nortel extension,s. Is there a place that I have to change on the nortel side to allow the avaya to call my nortel extension's.

No its automatic unless you are doing digit conversion, try turning on D-channel messaging in LD 96.

this will tel you if he is getting out to you. If no messeges across its on him.

The below messages I am getting from the nortel side every time the an Avaya user tries to dial in I get the below. Any idea where sholud I be looking at on the Nortel Side if that apply.
