Cyclic Reference of Projects Not Allowed

Hello,

Everytime I add a particular component as reference to the current project, I get the error "Cyclic Reference of Projects Not Allowed".

Looking at the project structure
ProjA references CR_Common, CR_MessageMgmt, CR_AccountMgmt
ProjB references CR_Common, CR_MessageMgmt, CREG_BNKRequest.

ProjA and Proj B both belong to Proj One along with other projects, including the references mentioned above. In Proj B, everytime I tray to add Proj 1, it gives the error
"Cyclic Reference of Projects Not Allowed". Can somebody enlighten me on this error, please?

Although I have not seen this error myself, I'm guessing it is something like:

Project X references Project Y
Project Y references Project Z
Project Z references Project X

and therefore you have a circle. A kind of "Chicken or the Egg" paradox.
