cybertech 6.5.13 on DMCC Active VoIP Recording

Does anyone know by chance why the virtual extensions wont take a channel resource and enter the selected state? Currently the targets select but the virtuals (Conference Resource) do not. I am unable to record audio because of this. I am using SO at the moment.

Any help would be appreciated.

Are you trying to record via single step conference?
Do you have a station trace from CM of what happens when you're trying?

Well, a station trace in CM would show your virtual station trying to service observe the agent, and each of those phones have a COR with options of "can be service observed" and "can be a service observer" - that would be square one for you to check PBX side.
So, check the CORs of the phones, and "list trace station 1234" if 1234 were your virtual station doing the service observe.

Supposedly COR is correct and the SO options are enabled. I will have them perform a list trace and provide the output on my next post.

What version of CTI are you using on AES and which version is defined in your CM?

You still should try a station trace right in CM to see if that gives you any information.
