When I receive calls on my analog device, my display shows the number cut off.

The image below is of my device's display, extension 398 called me, but only 98 appeared. It only happens with analog phones, SIP or J series phones show the extension number correctly.

How are these phones connected..directly to ipo ports or via an add on cordless system
Are you routing calls to these extns using another device.
Could be why the first digit is being removed.

Directly to ipo... it has nothing external removing the first digit.

plug in a regular analog phone to test so you can see if the cordless may strip the first digit for some reason.

System Status should show the call originator and if it shows the full 3 digits then it seems more likely the device.

i needed to change caller display name in extension settings from DTMF to FSKA

Good to hear that you have it working.
I usually simply use the "On" option on the caller ID but I am in North America and Brazil may be different with the devices.

Have a star for posting the solution.
