Cut call using Microsoft Teams

hello gentlemen,
I'm having problems calling a branch that uses Siemens VoIP through Microsoft Teams, when the destination answers the call it's cut off, with voice failure, I would like some help on how to resolve this situation.

You need a trace from the lan to work out what's going on, wireshark, tcpdump, etc, Disconnect on answer could be a problem with SDP, codec negotiation, you need a trace so that you're not guessing.

Dears, good morning!

I'm using the Unify Common Management Platform system, where when I make an extension x extension call, being MIcrosoft Teams extension x VoIP Unify extension and the destination answers our conversation it's cut off (conversation failure) and we don't know what it could be and how to solve it this situation.

I would like some help to resolve the situation.
