Cut and Paste Disabled

I'm sure this is a very bizarre problem, but here it is anyway: we have a user with Dragon Naturally Speaking installed on his system. He likes to dictate his e-mails into MS Word via Dragon and then cut and paste (or copy and paste) the text from Word to GroupWise. He says that not only does the Paste feature not work in GroupWise when he attempts to copy the text from from the translated Word document to the e-mail, but the Cut/Copy/Paste features are subsequently disabled in EVERY application! His only solution is to completely close all programs and restart his computer (just closing the apps doesn't do it).

Any one have any ideas?!?

What are the versions of GroupWise (including SP), MS Word, & Naturally Speaking?

Try usinh McAfee's "Stinger.exe" to scan for viruses. Loosing the Cut-Paste is a primary symptom of the "LoveSan" virus.
