in recent versions you have the opportunity to add icons wich launch shell-scripts and redirect the output to the websm client who launched the script.
well I didn't see any "true" documentation on these functions, but it's pretty simple :
- connect with websm to "recent" system (I would say at least AIX 5.2ML2 or ML4)
- then select the machine on which you have put customized shell scrits
- in websm, go in "customized tools" entry
- then in the websm "tools" menu, choose "new" => "command line tool"
- fill the box which appears (you have to specify the location of the shell scripot on the remote host, eg /usr/my_script); you have 3 options, one on them, the second, let you receive the stdout and stderr of the command or script on the wsm client.
