Customizing the ePortfolio Parameter Prompt page

I have taken a look at the InteractiveViewer.asp in the sample ePortfolio application and noticed that the Response and Request objects are passed to the ProcessHttpRequest viewer method. The resulting parameter prompt page does not meet our website's look and feel. Has someone successfully customized the parameter prompt page with a different look and feel and would not mind to share a few pointers? After making said customization has anyone had difficulty in migrating to Crystal Enterprise 9?

If it is important, I'm using the RAS Version 9.
