Customizing Performance manager Interface

Hi,
My customer likes to have a customized page with the company name,logo and the mission statement once they login to Business Objects XI. From that page they would like to have a link which will connect to the dashboard. Also they would like to have another link in the page which will display all the canned reports.
Right now as you know they have to click on the performance manager link and click on the Dashbaord to navigate.
Can someone give me a lead on this.

The info view home page has a 'Personalize InfoView Now' link. If you follow this link there is an Initial View option where they can specify their logo page.
