Customize keyboard won't work in macros - what's wrong?

Hi,

(I'm not sure if this post went through, I can't find it in my threads, so I've reposted).

Anyway, I'm trying to assign a shortcut key to my macro and it just won't work.
I can't type anything into the "Press new shortcut key" box.
The "Assign" "Remove" and "Reset All" buttons are greyed out.
My "Num Lock" button is off.
I've set the security to low.
I've googled the problem with no success either.

Anyone know what might be wrong?

... and giving all relevant information, such as where the macro is stored ( is it a Module, or what? ), and the listing of the macro? And what steps you took to try to assign the shortcut key?
