Customize email notification

we have the Avaya MM and it is on 5.2. I am in need of customizing the email notification to include the voicemail dial in number so Blackberry users can click and dial. I cannot seem to find where that is. Any help?? thanks in advance

sorry I provided the wrong release for my MM it is at 3.1 and we do not allow subscribers to set up there own. we also are running separate voicemail and email (Outlook) servers.
