I'm looking for an application/system that can take voice surveys from callers/customers and that can also record the customer's answer.

Any suggestions?

Thank you!

ESI (Estech Systems)telephone systems have a Q&A mailbox feature where each mailbox can issue a recorded question and wait for a callers answer. When all of the questions are completed it compiles the answers for each caller into a composite voicemail message for each caller. Storage size is based on system and voicemail size.

There are so many systems that can do this. What type of phone system do you have now? It may already have this capacity. The IP office with Voicemail pro can probably ask the questions, offer options to press to answer, or an option for recording other answers than options listed. Then compile the data into a database in almost real time.

Web campaigns, Q&A, you name it, all with interaction with database. It can also throw you a 64 channel conference bridge capability out of the box.
